The Office Beer Bar & Grill is now offering a series of limited release beers in honor of the great state of New Jersey!
The Office Beer Bar & Grill’s Ridgewood location is celebrating and honoring our great state of New Jersey with a very special collection of uniquely crafted beers called “The Exit Series”. Locally brewed by Flying Fish Brewery, each beer is inspired by one of the 18 exits off the New Jersey Turnpike. The complete series is a multi-year collection in limited release. 
The Office’s Ridgewood location is currently featuring Exit 6 of the series for a limited time on tap. Exit 6 has a spicy character of lemony citrus notes and rye. This simple, tasty, pale malt is sure to be a hit with you and everyone else who loves beer!

Grand Smash Recipe from Grand Marnier®
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Grand Marnier®
4 chunks fresh lemon (½ lemon)
6-8 mint leaves
Muddle mint leaves and lemon wedges in a tall mixing glass. Add Grand Marnier® with ice and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Kick Off the NFL Season at The Office Beer and Bar Grill
The NFL’s 91st season kicks off on September 9 with a special Thursday night match-up between the Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints. Come early that day to enjoy some of our weekday happy hour specials from 4pm – 7pm like $2 domestic pints, $3 craft and import pints, $1 off bottled beers and wines by the glass, and $5 appetizers.
The Office Beer and Bar Grill also boasts a full bar, a selection of over 60 beers, including a wide range of draught beers you can enjoy in 4oz sample size, pint, ½ yard, or pitcher, and great small plates for snacking with your gameday buddies.

Lindemans Framboise: The Sweet Taste of Belgian Terroir

Just outside of Brussels, Belgium is Lindemans Brewery, a family brewery that has been crafting artisinal lambic beers for almost 200 years. Lambic beers are a rare variety of beer only brewed in this region southwest of Brussels. Rather than using cultivated strains of brewing yeast, lambic beers are “spontaneously fermented”, meaning they draw their yeasts, and hence their distinctive flavor, naturally from the air. To top it off, Lindemans blends the finished lambic with fruit juices for a refreshing acid and sweet beer that especially complements chocolate or fruit desserts.

Congratulations to Dave Vanderweile who recently conquered The Office Beer Bar & Grill’s Burger Challenge! Dave polished off the five pound, four patty, five grilled cheese monster of a sandwich in a record 35 minutes. Evidently still feeling a bit peckish, he topped it off with another couple slices of bread!
